Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing practice used to help rebalance and restore the energy (or ki) within the human body. Reiki reduces anxiety and pain; increases energy; boosts the immune system; and balances the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
50 Minutes: $110
3 Session package for $300 (must be used within 3 months)
Yin and Reiki
Receive energy healing while doing a personalized Yin yoga sequence. Yin is based in traditional Chinese Medicine principles, and is suitable for all. Adding Reiki to movement can dramatically increase the level of emotional and energetic healing.

Emily's private yoga sessions focus on personal interests and concerns, resulting in improved skills, increased confidence, and a healthier physical and emotional state on and off the mat. Sessions include asana (poses), breath work, and mindfulness techniques, and are individually tailored to meet your personal goals.
60 Minutes: $125
TIMBo facilitates personal growth and can help individuals navigate life’s tensions through a self-compassionate understanding of how we have come to operate in the world and how we can live more peacefully in relationship to others and ourselves. Combines a workbook-based approach, simple yoga movements, breathing, and guided meditation. Offered in person or online. Choice between 8 week and 16 week program.
60 Minutes: $125
